Volunteers are a key part of the ACT Emergency Services Agency. They provide frontline responses to emergencies such as bushfires, storms and floods. While also providing support to other emergency services in various situations.

The ACT State Emergency Service is made up of volunteers who are all members in one of the seven units located across the ACT. The benefits of becoming an SES volunteer are immense, with many rewards for yourself and the local community!

Volunteers have many opportunities to develop new, nationally recognised skills, form lifelong friendships, accept high levels of responsibility and enjoy the team spirit of a tightly knit unit.

To become an ACT SES volunteer please visit their website or contact them with the details provided! You can also check out their social media pages for any updates or posts they share.
