Friends of Wilson Reserve Inc
Friends of Wilsons Reserve formed in 1996 to care for their local patch of natural space.
Over the years they have turned a degraded area into large patches of well-maintained restored grassy woodland.
The group has contributed to many citizen science efforts, including monitoring frogs, birds, wombats and echidnas. The friends have also contributed to Fungimap, having found 18 of their 100 target species in this small area.
There’s lots you can do to get involved, get in touch with them today to find out more!
