World Hepatitis Day

Every year on the 28th of July, we are brought together to raise awareness of the global impact that viral hepatitis has. The theme for this years campaign is ‘Hepatitis Can’t Wait’, and it couldn’t be more true.

Every 30 seconds, a person dies from a hepatitis related illness. Treatment for viral hepatitis can’t wait, so neither can testing and starting conversations around viral hepatitis. 

It’s critical we increase testing rates and help those get the treatment they need. Please support this campaign by getting involved or pledging whatever you are able to. This is the only way we can create real change to eradicate viral hepatitis and help those who need treatment.
