You can donate blood during the pandemic
You can still donate blood during the pandemic. Giving blood is classified as an essential service – there are no restrictions on leaving the house in order to donate blood.
Extra precautions are being taken to keep donation centres hygienic and safe. Coronavirus cannot be transmitted via blood.
