World Cerebral Palsy Day
World Cerebral Palsy Day

World Cerebral Palsy Day, which occurs annually on October 6, reminds us that there over 17 million people impacted by this disorder.
CP is one of the most common physical disabilities affecting the most vulnerable among us — children.
It’s essential that we embrace diversity as a community and work to create a more accessible and equitable future for all.
Around the world there are over 1 billion people who live with a disability, yet somehow our modern world is still not universally accessible. The World Cerebral Palsy Day organisation encourages people with CP, friends, family and supporters to share their creative accessible technology ideas. Every submission made has a chance to win $5,000USD!
