Transcend

Transcend was founded in 2012 by Rebekah Robertson, the proud mum of Georgie Stone. It was the first parent-led peer support network for parents of trans kids in Australia and has provides information, advocacy, and community networking. Today, Transcend continues to advocate for the needs of transgender children in Australia by pushing for law reform in regards to Stage 2 treatment, supporting the work of the Royal Children’s Hospital Gender Service, along with many other community groups and initiatives.
