Total Environment Centre

For over 40 years, TEC has run a number of successful, community-focused campaigns, recording over 100 eco victories behind them.

Originally formed by the rainforest movement of the 1970s, TEC’s work has transformed into preserving clean air and stopping coastal sand mining. Their work also includes conserving parks and bushland, pushing for recycling infrastructure, advocating legislation around native animals and plants, and encouraging renewable energy.

Their award-winning educational projects, such as the documentary film Waste Not and mobile Ocean Action Pod, have reached schools, universities, art galleries, and public festivals.
