Did you know that remote Indigenous people in Central Australia are up to 30 times more likely to suffer from kidney disease?
They must move to a regional centre like Alice Springs for dialysis, which can be a stressful and lonely experience. Purple House runs 14 remote dialysis clinics enabling people to get back to their country and families.
The Purple Truck is a self-contained dialysis unit on wheels, allowing patients to visit home, confident that can receive treatment if needed.
You can contribute to Purple House by volunteering or making a donation. Get in touch now!
