The vision of Sisterworks is an Australia where all migrant women are given the opportunity to become economically empowered.

SisterWorks runs programs where women learn how to work in Australia while developing English literacy and business skills. Their four programs are the Design Lab, where women learn to make high-quality products, the Cooking Lab, a commercial kitchen, Business Hub, where women learn entrepreneurship, and the Work Lab where women learn retail skills in their two retail stores, as well as various pop-up shops, and the SisterWorks online shop. 50% of the gross sales profit goes back to the women who make the products.
