Reconciliation Australia

Reconciliation Australia sees reconciliation as strengthening relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous peoples, for the benefit of all Australians. Their Reconciliation Action Plan program provides a framework to support the national reconciliation movement.
All workplaces and schools can contribute to reconciliation both internally and within their communities by following these guidelines.
They run National Reconciliation Week (NRW) a major national event fostering mutual respect. It’s a time for all Australians to learn about shared histories, cultures and achievements, and how we can contribute to creating harmony in our communities.
Reconciliation Australia relies on the generosity of donors to continue to create change. Partnerships with organisations and individuals across Australia provide them with pro bono services, seconded staff, funding for new projects, goods and resources.
