Research shows that every year 190 Australian construction workers take their own lives.

MATES in Construction is a charity established in 2008 to reduce the high level of suicide among construction workers.

They deliver on-site training programs to raise awareness about suicide in the workplace, make it easy to access help, and ensure that the help offered is practical. They also support workers through case management and a 24/7 help line.
