Lifeline Op Shop – Gosford

Lifeline is a non-profit organisation that provides free, 24-hour telephone crisis support in Australia. Volunteer Crisis Supporters provide suicide prevention services, mental health support and emotional assistance, not only via telephone but face-to-face and online. Lifeline receives about one million requests for help every year.

Proceeds from the sales in Lifeline’s shops provide significant funding for their support services, so every purchase helps someone in crisis. Volunteering at a Lifeline store is a chance to give something back to the community. It’s also a great way to learn new skills and to get rich experience in a supportive environment.

If you or someone you know is in danger, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14, or Emergency Services on 000.

If you'd like to donate a large item, please call ahead to check that they can receive what you have to give. Op shops spend millions of dollars a year on rubbish removal so please don't give broken, dirty, or poor quality items.

Check them out and get involved!
