Established in the 1930s, HammondCare is an independent Christian charity that champions life for the people they serve, specialising in aged and dementia care, palliative care, rehabilitation, older person’s mental health and other health and aged care services. They offer care in hospitals, nursing homes, and private homes across NSW.

Regarded nationally and internationally as one of Australia’s most innovative health and aged care providers, they have a particular commitment to dementia care and research as well as to people who are financially disadvantaged. They care for around 17,000 people annually through their nationwide operations.

Volunteering at HammondCare is a great experience for you and a great way to make a difference. You’ll make new friends, face new challenges, gain personal satisfaction and have fun. They provide quality training and mentoring to equip you on your journey as a volunteer.
