Friends of Koolunga Native Reserve

Friends of Koolunga Native Reserve are a group of volunteers who help to restore the bushland at Koolunga Native Reserve, in Boronia/FTG.

They plant back local indigenous species (trees, shrubs, grasses, herbs, etc) and remove weed species.

Koolunga Native Reserve and Wirrianda Reserve are two bushland parks owned by the City of Knox on Forest Road, Ferntree Gully/Boronia. Both are on the foothills at the base of the Dandenong Ranges and the flora reflects that of the Ranges and also that of the surrounding lowlands.
