Friends of Flinders Ranges National Park was started in 1995 by a group of people interested in preserving the natural and pioneering assets within the Park.

The common factor between their members is their passion for the Ikara-Flinders Ranges and all that they offer – flora and fauna, aboriginal heritage and culture, geological features, pastoral and mining history, and the magnificent beauty that surrounds them where ever they are working.
