The Congress of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Nurses and Midwives (CATSINaM) vision is that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander nurses and midwives play a pivotal role in achieving health equality.

They achieve this by providing support and opportunities for nurses, midwives, and students. CATSINaM holds an annual conference that highlights the work of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander nurses and midwives.

Additionally, this organisation runs cultural safety, mentoring, and safety programs, offers scholarships, and provides networking opportunities.
