Centre for Hope

Centre for Hope work with youth aged 6 to 18 years who are suffering adversity for many reasons.

Their mission is to empower disadvantaged young people to respect themselves, to connect to the wider community and to create an inspired life.

They work inside and out of schools, have a choir, do arts and crafts, help with homework and teach young people how to maintain and repair bikes and scooters as well as build social skills to help interact with the community at large.

If you would like to get involved in some capacity, they are always looking for compassionate and energetic people to engage young minds. They are looking for people to volunteer in the Tanilba Bay area at their Drop-In Centre. It’s open Tuesday and Friday afternoons and is a great way to engage with the local youth community.

If you’re interested in making a difference in young people’s lives, contact them via email or phone and they can send out an information package about the next step.
