Central Coast Koalas
Central Coast Koalas
It was once thought that koalas were extinct on the Coast. But recently there have been many sightings of koalas in the local forests. We all need to do whatever we can to preserve their last remaining natural habitat!
Preserving this habitat means opposing developments such as the approved Central Coast coal mine (Wallarah 2).
You can send through any koala photos that have been taken on the Central Coast, as well as share CCK’s Facebook page to your friends and networks to help spread awareness.
You can also send letters and emails to politicians, such as Environment Minister Sussan Ley.
Head to their Facebook page for more ideas about how you can help out!
