Arthurs Creek District Landcare Group is an active community group whose aims are to protect and regenerate our beautiful, diverse environment.
They engage in projects in public areas, sometimes in collaboration with other like minded groups and entities.
Sometimes they conduct projects on private land, in conjunction with various entities and the landowner. Sometimes it’s regeneration; or erosion control, or weed eradication.
They also provide advice to members about any issues facing them to do with trees, weeds, erosion, salinity; and we can also provide practical tools such as spray, sprayers, planting equipment (some at a low hire fee; others can be just borrowed by members).
