Arid Recovery

Arid Recovery is a conservation research organisation with a vision for restoring Australia’s unique arid zone. It is thanks to the many thousands of hours contributed by volunteers that Arid Recovery has managed to achieve so much, including an 123km² fenced reserve protecting native wildlife from predators. Volunteers engage in many activities, including:

constructing and maintaining fences and infrastructure
assisting with research and monitoring
leading tours
running the market day stall
events
photography
equipment maintenance
