National Tree Day

National Tree Day is Australia’s largest tree-planting and nature care event.

Tree Day is an opportunity for you to do something positive for your community and the environment by reconnecting with nature.

National Tree Day was started by Olivia Newton-John and Jon Dee in 1996 and since then more than 3.8 million people have planted 24 million trees and plants and it’s still growing.

Every year this Planet Ark event helps to plant over a million native trees, shrubs and grasses around Australia. With the help of the community, Tree Day is growing a better future for all Australians.

Join them and make a difference!
