These programs meet the needs of the aged, people with a disability, families and youth in crisis, and people with mental health issues. These groups are often the most vulnerable in the community and are in the most need of help.

Jewish Care supports the people in these programs by providing practical support and assistance, helping people acquire skills to deal with the challenges they face, and enhancing community awareness.
