Cooktown Expo 2020

Head to Cooktown for an action-packed three week event showcasing indigenous arts and culture, history, science, agriculture, marine and environmental expos, workshops, demonstrations, music, song, dance and fabulous food!

Volunteers can travel from all over Australia to help the passionate Cooktown Expo 2020 Team. It’s a great opportunity to work closely with their community, make lifelong friends, and to make a difference to a festival that will go down in Australia’s history.

Volunteer tasks include:

  • Operational Precinct Set-up/Pack Down
  • Traffic and pedestrian management
  • Information booth and roaming info officer support
  • Ticketing support
  • Hospitality support
  • Expo and Market stall holder support
  • Artist and performers support
  • Sponsor and VIP support
  • Ground transport support/drivers
